CANCELLATION & RE-SCHEDULING POLICY
We acknowledge that from time to time it may be necessary for our clients to cancel or reschedule courses. However, to provide a high level of service to all our customers by ensuring trainer availability, we operate a clear cancellation policy within our Standard Terms and Conditions, which we wish to bring to your attention:
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your attendance and we are notified with less than 10 full working days before the course date, 50% of the course fee will be charged. Please note: the 10 full working day period does not include the date of notification, or the date of the course.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your attendance and we are notified with less than 5 full working days before the course date, 100% of the course fee will be charged. Please note: the 5 full working day period does not include the date of notification, or the date of the course.
N.B. Re-booked sessions will be subject to the standard course fee.
